For the last decade, being aware that “fear rules”, I created an educational program to nourish a “Culture of Peace”. Living all my life in the Middle East (Israel), it became clear to me that our energies are to be invested in compassionately acknowledging our fears and then releasing the fear by getting to know each other and recognizing our own reflection in the other; by opening our hearts and being the unconditional love that we really are. The program at this point is mainly for young people and teachers. It contains different creative activities to reactivate Inner Peace and Unconditional Love.
Our only enemy is Fear -- Compassionate friendship eliminates it!
Fear is the parent of separation. Fear blinds us and blocks our mind. From fear results aggression, hatred, lost of self-confidence and other ‘troubles’ that divide humanity, breaking societies into conflicting groups.
Fear evolves mainly from ignorance, and therefore the main way to dissolve fear is to know more about each other. This should be done practically and not theoretically - people meeting one another in friendly activities. What they hold in common over time is raised up beyond any differences that exist.
